By downloading, installing, or using the Lory mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and the developer of LennyEcho (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

LennyEcho is an iOS application that allows users to:

Enter text and generate AI-powered voice audio
Listen to and manage generated voice content
Store content locally on the device and in the cloud

3. No Account Required

LennyEcho does not require you to create an account or log in to use the App. No personal identity information such as email address, name, or phone number is collected. Your usage data is stored locally on your device and in our cloud database.

4. Free Trial, Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free Download and Trial

LennyEcho is free to download from the Apple App Store. Every new user is entitled to one free trial use of the voice generation feature, allowing you to experience the App’s core functionality at no cost.

4.2 Subscription Required for Continued Use

After the one-time free trial, continued use of the voice generation feature requires an active subscription. Without a subscription, you may still access and listen to previously generated content stored on your device.

4.3 Subscription Options

Monthly Subscription: Billed on a monthly recurring basis
Annual Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate
